John Hadden has been recognized, along with his colleagues at Penn Law, LLC, in the 2024 Edition of SuperLawyers Magazine, published by Thomson Reuters. John was named to the Top 100 list for the sixth consecutive year, and Darren Penn was also named to the list. Colleagues Kevin Ketner and Laura Penn were also recognized. This was John’s 14th consecutive year being named to either the Georgia SuperLawyers or Rising Stars list.
According to SuperLawyers, the publication “selects attorneys using a patented multiphase selection process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with independent research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis. The objective is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel.” No more than 5% of private-practice attorneys are named to the list each year.
John and his firm handle a variety of litigation matters, focusing on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. In recent years, the firm has has considerable success pursuing claims of childhood sexual assault, sometimes decades after the abuse that was hidden by institutional defendants. John also handles product liability and premises liability claims, along with commercial vehicle injuries.
